Gas Boiler Service explained?

Simple answer really!

To prevent unnecessary breakdowns and ensure its working safely and efficiently.

A much better question is, Why do boiler manufacturers provide a 7 or 10 year warranty?

Well this is simply because if an appliance is installed to manufacturer spec, then the boiler has no reason to breakdown.

A boiler will really only breakdown due to an incorrect or poor install. Yes time to time we will get a manufacturer defect.

Examples of faults!

Boiler Lockouts i.e. no GAS! Fault, well because with new boilers the condensate pipe is poorly installed causing a back up of water or blockage. Giving away our secrets here oh dear.

Anyway another is Overheat, Right so we have install issues with pipework or no protection from sludge damage, or worse you have had a new boiler installed on a system which has never been protected from corrosion and has high sludge contamination. 

MY FAVOURITE IS THE NO PRESSURE.

Have you ever had this and the engineers just say ” oh just use this to fill it back up you must have a leak on the system somewhere” WRONG!!!.

What you have is a company that is providing terrible customer service and they do not know how to SERVICE A BOILER.

Poorly service appliances 90% of the time are the cause of pressure loss.

I HAVE PROOF CHECK OUT OUR REVIEWS HERE. In fact the last 3 jobs. Including one just today 23/10/2019. All 3 had pressure loss issues. NOW THEY DON’T!!.
